The Qsource Qmanage program includes the following services.

24/7 Support: When you sign a Qmanage Service Level
Agreement, you get one help desk number for all of your support calls. There are
no minimums and our direct connection to your network gives remote control
capabilities to all devices, making support quick and easy.

Network Monitoring: All vital devices are continually monitored
for performance and availability. Server backups and anti-virus software are
checked daily for proper operation and data security. We monitor circuits for
bandwidth utilization and each month provide trending reports that enable you to
proactively budget for future purchases and changes to the network.
- Automation: Anti-virus, anti-spyware, security patches and
fixes, as well as application updates are all automated and deployed from our
office to yours. We perform automated audits every hour to ensure your machines
are up to date and secure from the latest risks.
- Online Backup: Optional within the Qmanage program, Qsource
Networks offers customers the ability to backup their vital data to our online
data center. This backup can be done in conjunction with a tape backup, or as a
replacement for tape backup. Our online backup software runs daily backups of
your data to our data center, no matter how large the data in a way that is fast
and efficient. All data is encrypted so you have piece of mind that if disaster
strikes, your company's data, the cornerstone to your business, will be
available and easily recoverable.
- Asset Management: Our asset management software collects
information from your machines and stores it into a secure database where our
enterprise software can analyze the data and alert helpdesk technicians to
problems before they occur. We can provide asset reports and assist you with
budgeting IT expenses for the coming year.
- Third Party Relay: Qsource Networks works on behalf of our
clients to secure discounted services from organizations that provide such
services as Internet circuits, copy machines, wiring, construction, etc. In
addition, as a part of the Qmanage service, we will represent you to any
technical organization you would like, to negotiate and secure products and
services on your behalf. Whether it is negotiating with your Internet provider
for a lower rate, or working with a contractor to assist with your move, Qsource
works with the vendors that you choose to complete your projects on time.
- Discounted Hardware/Software: Qsource Networks represents
companies nationwide and can negotiate lower rates for hardware and software.
Through our strategic partnerships with Cisco, Microsoft, AltiGen and others, we
can typically provide hardware/software to our clients for less than they can
purchase it themselves. And better yet, ordering through Qsource only takes a
single call or email. We already know your network, what will work best for you
