Helpdesk Technician

Position Overview The Helpdesk Technician provides the first point of contact for customers contacting Qsource for technical support. Helpdesk technicians may also perform field work as needed by existing clientele.

Essential Job Functionss
  • Provide remote support, assisting customers to resolve support issues.
  • Visually monitor helpdesk applications and respond to downed/troubled devices.
  • Maintain client records within existing customer relationship management applications.
  • Proactively perform server/workstations maintenance daily.
  • Provide after hours support on-call as needed.
  • Travel to client locations to perform technical support operations.
Required Technical Skills
  • 1-2 Years of experience with Windows based operating systems.
  • 1-2 Years of experience with Microsoft applications.
  • 1-2 Years of experience with i386 based hardware.
  • 1-2 Years of experience providing technical support.
Required General Skills
  • Strong logic and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Quick learner/Self motivator
  • Light experience troubleshooting Microsoft applications and/or networking components
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for the generation of sales leads, prospect management, customer presentations and the generation of new business.We are looking for a real "hunter" with a strong close ratio.

Essential Job Functions
  • Generate sales leads through various means
  • Meet with prospects and provide presentations
  • Compose contracts, quotes and service level agreements
  • Maintain client records within existing customer relationship management applications.
  • Generate business through sales activity
  • Interface with customers to ensure customer service levels are met
  • Report regularly to management on sales activity
Required Job Skills
  • 2-3 Years of experience selling managed services or similar
  • 2-3 Years of experience with Microsoft applications.
  • 2-3 Years of experience with i386 based hardware.
  • Proven track record of success in a technical organization
Required General Skills
  • Strong logic and analytical skills.
