Implementation

During the setup phase of your Qmanage service we will audit your network to determine its health. During the audit we determine what items need to be corrected to bring the network into a consistent state and ensure the success of your IT investment. Once we have this information we go to work fixing the problems that we have encountered. We also work with you to implement any new technologies or complete any IT projects you require such as network upgrades, software upgrades, new server implementations, etc. Many customers take advantage of this phase because we perform all the projects you request, all included within the setup fee (setup fee typically equal to one month's maintenance fee).

Once we have the network running efficiently, we install Qsource Networks remote control, anti-virus, anti-spyware, and asset management software on every machine. We also setup a secure connection to our data center. These steps allow us to provide instant support when needed.

Support

Once our setup is complete, you will receive contact information for the helpdesk, allowing you to immediately begin calling them for support. With all the necessary information at our fingertips and your machines only a click away, support is fast and easy. All calls are logged and reported back to you at the end of each month. Vital servers and services are monitored 24/7 and helpdesk technicians respond to outages before most clients ever realize they have a problem.

Maintenance

As part of the ongoing partnership with Qsource, we will "push" anti-virus updates, anti-spyware updates, software patches/fixes and application updates from our data center to your machines on a nightly basis. That way, each morning when you arrive to work, your machine is in the best possible operating condition. And if you have questions or concerns, the help desk is only one call away!
